Arlen Specter makes a special appearance in Chris Hackett's new campaign ad. The ad argues the importance of electing Hackett to avoid a one-party hegemony. In the ad Specter states, "With Chris Hackett, we'll have a check against massive Democratic control and that's vital to our country."
This is a similar argument that the McCain campaign has been making in hopes that voters will elect him so he can provide a counterbalance.
